Live brief: Encourage existing Renault drivers to get their car serviced at a Renault dealer

Route 1:

After visiting a spa, you feel rejuvenated, relaxed and almost like new. Give your car the same experience and take it for a Renault service.

 

When you get your car serviced at a Renault garage, you can be confident that it’s going to receive the best possible treatment. Your car will run better than ever thanks to the expertise of the Renault technicians, who only use authentic, original Renault parts. Plus, they’ll even clean your car, leaving it like new both inside and out.

A small towel made to look like a spa towel is sent to customers. The towel is personalised with the make of their car and can be used as a windscreen cloth.

Windscreen covers are placed on Renault cars in car parks across the country. These are made to look like the car has cucumbers over it’s ‘eyes’ as you would see in a spa setting. 

 

The back of the cover has information about the Renault dealer that is closest to that car park.

Route 2:

People often don’t know what the warning lights on their car mean and wouldn’t know what to do to fix them.
