Idea:

An interactive kinetic email using the idea of 'Get Black Friday Fit' would be deployed a week or two before Black Friday, encouraging both existing and prospect customers to come to The Gym so they will be fit enough to grab the best deals in the stores on Black Friday. A free PT session would be offered to existing customers and a free day pass to prospects.
